Shipping

  • All orders ship from The Paint Warehouse via UPS GROUND or FED EX GROUND.
  • Under normal circumstances, most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours. 
  • Shipping is FREE when your cart total is $400 or more, before taxes and shipping costs.
  • Any order that exceeds the standard shipping box 12 x 12 x 12 will be subject to 2nd and/or 3rd box shipping costs.  These costs will be added to the order after it's placed.

 

Returns

Please contact us at 877-623-9933 before attempting to return a product.

  • All mixed paint is sold at a "Final Sale" condition due to the nature of hazmat material handling and color differences.
  • Paint CANNOT be returned.
  • Only UNOPENED & UNUSED products will be eligible for return.
  • Zero tolerance policy for attempting to return opened or used product. Product will be discarded after inspection and refund will be cancelled.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
  • Tracking a return shipment is the customers responsibility.  The Paint Warehouse Inc. not responsible or liable for lost or stolen returns.
  • Return shipping label or postmark MUST be within 30 days of order date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original charged credit card within 2-4 business days.  Your financial institute may take additional business days to process your credit.  Please contact your financial institute for more information.

To check on the status, options, tracking and history of your orders, you may login and check on your order status.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is collected in the state(s) where The Paint Warehouse Inc has offices and distribution centers. For the state of Florida you must pay applicable local and state sales tax.

Returns

All mixed paint is sold at a "Final Sale" condition due to the nature of hazmat material handling and color differences. Any item returned other than flammable items must be in original packaging and sellable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Limitation of Liability

The Paint Warehouse, Inc shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if The Paint Warehouse, Inc has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Paint Warehouse, Inc product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Paint Warehouse, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Paint Warehouse, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Paint Warehouse, Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Training and Certification

You agree that you have been trained and certified to perform automotive cosmetic repairs and reconditioning.

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by The Paint Warehouse, Inc without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
